You know the competition. You know it's fierce. You know the controversy. Can you handle the heat? This year, you are behind the bar, and the brief is Mexican cocktails. Mix something that'll blow the judges away, and for the first time, add a little presentation flair.
Judged blind
Entries are anonymous, as always. Ollie, the man, the myth, the legend, serves every cocktail to the judges, so nobody knows whose is whose.
Make it Mexican
The brief is Mexican cocktails. A really good marg could blow the judges away. But is it inventive enough? These are the tough choices our strong competitors are faced with.

We are stocking the basics below. If you need anything beyond that, please bring it with you.
Give us your best pitch
Come armed with something Ollie can deliver to the judges with your cocktail. Tell us how your creation is connected to a traditional Mexican drink. It could be a card, a poem, something physical that the judges can hold in their hands. Or, AV is available. Do with that what you will... The presentation flair will form part of the judging criteria.
